🚀 So here’s the deal:

We’re alpha.one — an AI x neuromarketing startup that helps brands like Google, Hyundai, Sunweb, and Randstad amongst others make ads that actually work. We predict how people respond to creative, using neuroscience and AI. Wild? Yes. Effective? Also yes.

And now? Now we’re hiring a Sales Intern, with a focus on Outbound Sales and Sales support, who actually wants to help build something — not just “support”. You’ll work directly with the founders on commercial growth for alpha.one ‘s AI products (junbi and expoze), sit in on calls with major brands, and help turn interest into signed business.

This is hands-on. You’ll see how deals are created, positioned, managed, and closed.

🧠 What you’ll do

• Build and improve sales decks, proposals, and storylines
• Follow up on leads and keep momentum going after first contact
• Work with marketing to generate new leads and campaigns
• Push outbound (including cold calling / outreach to prospects)
• Join prospect and client meetings, capture what matters, and drive the follow-up
• Analyze how competitors pitch and price, so we sharpen our approach
• Keep the pipeline/CRM clean and up-to-date so nothing falls through the cracks

• You’re a student (official enrolment required — this is a student internship)
• You live in Amsterdam; we work mostly in-office near Amsterdam Central (Mon / Wed / Fri) because more happens when we’re in the same room.
• You have a BSN number (Dutch social security ID)
• You won’t wait for permission. You’ll be trusted to act.
• You like clarity and structure in a funnel, and you hate seeing leads go cold
• You get full context (not just a task) and we expect you to run with it.
• We’re direct. We give feedback fast. We fix things fast.
• You want to learn how high-value B2B sales work for real, not in theory
