🚀 About the role

We are alpha.one. We help brands make smarter marketing decisions using data and neuroscience. Our platforms predict ad effectiveness before media budget is spent. Brands like Google and Hyundai use us to pressure-test their creative. We are scaling fast. We need a hungry intern to work alongside our founders and open new business.

📝 Responsibilities

You'll work directly with the founders across both outbound and inbound sales. Day to day, that could include:

• Following up with prospects and leads
• Supporting outreach campaigns
• Preparing presentations and sales decks
• Developing sales stories and commercial narratives
• Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date (Hubspot)
• Supporting proposal creation
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups
• Researching brands, advertisers, and market opportunities
• Helping sharpen our sales processes and workflows

🌟 You, ideally

• Are currently a student (officially enrolled)
• Are based in the Netherlands and available for a full-time internship
• Have a BSN number (Dutch social security ID)
• Won’t wait for permission. You’ll be trusted to act
• Like clarity and structure in a funnel, and you hate seeing leads go cold
• Get full context (not just a task) and we expect you to run with it
• Want to learn how high-value B2B sales work for real, not in theory
• Have worked with HubSpot (a plus!).
